Shop it Cook it is a 6-week (12 hour) community learning course teaching 8 adults with their children under the age of 5, on face-to-face courses, healthy shopping and cooking skills
This course will enable you to:
•Understand and gain knowledge of how to 'shop savvy' and cook healthy and cheaply on tight budgets
•Learn simply cooking techniques to save time and money
•Improve levels of physical activity and mental wellbeing.
