You will need a notebook and pen, any other materials required will be available at the venue
By the end of ths course you will have acquired skills to enable effective self- assessment, learned how to build confidence through acquisition and extension of new skills. You will be able to express feelings or intuition more freely and you will have compiled a body of work which shows personal development. Your confidence to be in a social environment will also have increased
