This course will be delivered in partnership with CPSL Mind and will be for women who are experiencing mental health challenges in the perinatal period
This course will help you to manage your mental health, improve your self-esteem and identity, increase your feelings of trust and hope, and build your social connections. Alongside the sessions there will be full wraparound care including weekly check in calls and home visits to monitor wellbeing and celebrate successes.
