GCS is a 6-week (12 hour) community learning course teaching 8 adults with their children under the age of 5, on face-to-face courses the practical skills to grow vegetables and fruit and cook healthy and affordable meals

•Learn to cook healthy, affordable and tasty food
•Understand and practice how to plant/grow and harvest vegetables
•Improve your levels of physical activity and mental wellbeing.
