Course Overview
ThisĀ one-day mental health awareness and skills course is ideal as an entry point into MHFA and/or to support existing qualified MHFAs, as well as empowering individuals to increase their own wellbeing and reduce stigma. This course focuses on mental health in the workplace and associated strategy and legislation.
