This qualification is aimed at experienced practitioners working with children and babies who have a sound knowledge of the EYES Curriculum.

Throughout the course you will develop a deeper understanding on healthy lifestyles, health and safety, theoretical approaches, child development, safeguarding, SEND, supporting families, teamwork and continuous professional development. You will carry out a longitudinal study where you will implement all knowledge gained from the training.

This course will help you to enhance your understanding and further your knowledge in the provision of working with children and young babies, and upon completition of the course you will gain a recognised qualification

What are the entry requirements?

What are the entry requirements?
You must be over the age of 18, Living and working in Cambridgeshire for a minimum of 16 hours a week. Achieved GCSE Grade C/4 in English and maths or Level 2 Functional Skills. You must be working with children from birth to 5 years in Cambridgeshire (if not all ages would need to arrange observation visits to settings to gain knowledge and understanding) . Enhanced DBS
