This course will enable the learner to gain skills and understanding on different types of mentoring, learner agreements, different types of questioning, carrying out mentoring meetings, legal requirements, informal and formal mentoring, setting targets and keeping on track and when to end meetings.

To do this course you must be over the age of 18 and have a minimum of 2 years experience of level 3 in Early Years and seeking to support trainees in their setting in Cambridgeshire. You must have an Enhanced DBS & L3 Early Years qualification
