Course Overview
GCS is a 6-week (12 hour) community learning course teaching 8 adults with their children under the age of 5, on face-to-face courses the practical skills to grow vegetables and fruit and cook healthy and affordable meals.

- Learn to cook healthy/affordable and tasty food
- Understand and practice how to plant/grow and harvest vegetables
- Improve levels of physical activity and mental wellbeing
