During this course you will learn:

- Strategies around parents putting in boundaries/expectations to improve childrens/teenagers behaviour
- Strategies to reduce conflict and challenging behaviour within and outside of home
- To Promote self care, self confidence and support networks to build on your own resilience
- Strategies to manage risky behaviours
- Strategies around problem solving skills with children/teenagers
